This book isn't exactly what I expected, but better probably. While reading it, it seems more like you're just having a convo with a couple other coaches more so than reading a book. It gives experiences (case studies) and reassurance to coaches. I'm writing a paper on coaching burnout and it helped a bit, and any coach going through a stressful season could find it handy as well. Also, just being proactive newer coaches should take a read and see that when a situation rises it's not just them!Product details

I had to review this book and I’m still reading it.
